How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the "Track Order" link in the footer, or by pressing "Read More" on this question for a direct link.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
If your order is placed before 12:00 PM EST on a regular business day, it will typically ship the same day. After 12:00 PM EST, the order will ship the next business day. The factory is located in the centrally located state of Indiana so most orders will be delivered in 1-3 days. To find out what shipping zone you are in, please click the "Click here to see your estimated delivery time" link located just above the product price on our product pages to view our shipping map by state.
I haven't received a tracking number and my order status still shows "Processing"?
This does not mean that your product hasn't already shipped! We are automating this process in the near future, but for now, tracking emails are entered and sent manually so don't be alarmed if you haven't received your tracking number as your order probably already shipped. Depending on how busy we are this can take up to 48 business hours.

I placed an order on the website but did not receive an order notification email?
Order notification emails are automated and can take up to 20 minutes to send. If you entered the correct email address during Checkout and haven't received it after 20 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
My product isn't working properly and I need technical support!
Tech support is available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the week and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends EST. The toll-free number is 855-326-5527. This number is also on the back of your handheld transmitter.
