How do I return my product?

You can return an item(s) that you have purchased from us within 30-days. However, we never like hearing customers say “I want to return my e-collar for a refund ..it's still brand new in the opened box”.

Obviously, you purchased the item for a reason and we are here to help you with your product and dog training needs every step of the way! 

If your collar isn't working properly it's typically something small that can easily be fixed over the phone or support ticket. The most common reason is contact issues. The contact points need to make contact with the skin or your e-collar just won't work. 

We make special contact points and comfort pads for dogs with long thick fur and undercoats. Please contact customer service for a recommendation on the best contact points for your dog.

The manufacturer (E-Collar Technologies) offers THE BEST support in the industry and the tech support team is available to you 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm Mon-Fri and 9 am to 5:30 pm on the weekends EST.
